FIRST - Things to think about
The masses have never thirsted
for the truth. Whoever can supply them with illusions is easily their master; whoever attempts to destroy their illusions is always
their victim.
Gustave LeBon
On the large scale, history shows that an uncritical and misinformed populace is a breeding ground
for all manner of intolerant beliefs and practices. The discovery that truth has to fight for its survival is not a pleasant one,
but is an essential realization in maintaining civilization. And in a society as open and susceptible to fraud as ours is, truth needs
all the help it can get.
Anthony Garrett
PLEASE DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME reading any further if you truly believe that tobacco use and the consumption of saturated fat &
cholesterol are the actual causes of lung cancer, heart disease and the countless illnesses we have in America today.
The following
information is my opinion except where stated or shown otherwise.
Americans could be the most easily mislead, conditioned or brainwashed
humans on earth.
We have more media available per capita than any country in the world.
We listen constantly to talking heads and others
quoting the latest studies on health matters and what constitutes a good diet and life style. We pay extra attention to those with
titles such as those with professor or doctor in front of their name, or PHd after their name. If a person is a scientist or researcher
for a university, corporation, a non-profit organization, government agency or medical school, we automatically assume they know what
they're talking about. Most Americans question very little. When a doctor says take this, most run to the pharmacy and question
nothing. Then they become ill with something else, and they usually do, they run back to the doctor and repeat. In older age groups,
this most often continues until death. $
What I've discovered is that most of the information that comes from any of the above is almost
always connected to money, control and dependency. We live in a world of non-stop money making misinformation, lies and propaganda.
In the USA today, it's doubtful an hour passes 24/7 that a government employed official, politician, tax exempt non-profit organization
or a talking head in the US media is not caught lying or misleading the American people. Most Americans today question very little
of the information they are constantly fed on just about any subject.
When it comes to health, a recent study (UPI) -- Research from
the Mayo Clinic shows that nearly 88 percent of patients seeking a second opinion go home with a new diagnosis. Think about that.
Have you ever gotten a second medical opinion or know of anyone who has? Most people today simply trust their doctor. After all, he's
an expert - Right?
First it was tobacco, then saturated fat & cholesterol - Possibly the two biggest lies ever told
The war on tobacco has cost the
American people tens of hundreds of billions of dollars in the past few decades in medical expenses, taxes, economic losses etc. etc.
The
war on saturated fat has cost the American people countless billions in medical expenses and suffering. We are now the sickest major
developed country in the world. We are the most over-weight, obese and diabetic country in the world. We have a higher rate
of premature deaths from the top causes, coronary heart disease, Alzheimer's disease, lung cancer and the list goes on and on.
I believe
that "because" of the war on tobacco and saturated fat, is why we now have the shortest life expectancy, shortest number of healthy
productive years lived, we spend the most on medical care (sick care) including prescription drugs and medical procedures than any
country in the developed world.
Think this is all crazy? I believe the majority of people today probably do. This is the power of decades of none stop big money and government propaganda. Since I'm not a television talking head quoting the latest meaningless study offering no factual information, a politician, or have an impressive title with PHd after my name, how could anyone believed me?
Perhaps facts might do the trick?

In the chart below, the EU, G7 & G20 countries would total 55 at last count including the USA. I've eliminated only nine
countries from the list of calculations because they are not similar in development. For example, I've eliminated
Hungary because of a short male life expectancy of only 71.1 years from birth, and a GDP well below our poverty level. They would
hardly be a fair comparison because they basically don't live long enough to contract much in the way of cancers or heart disease
as developed countries would. However, interesting to note, the country of Hungary has a smoking percentage of about a whopping
118% higher than US citizens with about 17% less lung cancer deaths?
Note the average percentage of tobacco users in all these countries. Most
of these countries typically eat a more traditional diet and consume less processed and fast foods than do American citizens.
They all use less prescription drugs and less medical care.
Compare each group to the USA. Americans smoke the least and have a higher
rate of premature deaths from all three top diseases.
Compare each country to others. The G20 countries with the lowest percentage
of tobacco users has the highest rate of coronary heart disease (CHD) deaths, the highest death rate from Alzheimer's (AD) and the
highest death rate from lung cancer.
Just bad luck?
It has been known for many years, that Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease is much less among smokers.
Coronary heart diseae (CHD), Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Lung cancer are now the top three causes of death in the USA.
To believe the numbers in this chart are a fluke or just luck would be rediculous.
Eat a "healthy" low fat diet?
What has happened since Americans began eating that "healthy" low fat high carb diet?
The Select Committee
on Nutrition and Human Needs
This is when it all started
In 1971, Senator George McGovern (D) put together a so called “Select Committee on Nutrition and Human Needs” It took our trusted elected senator and his committee until 1977 to determine that the American people should eat a “healthy” diet of low fat high carbohydrate foods based on the lipid hypothesis by Anzel Keys from the early 1950's.
He didn’t deem it important enough to consider any of the opposing views offered at the time regarding this diet. However, the food processing industry along with heavy influence from Big Medical, Big Pharma and armies of non-profit organizations played a heavy hand in the outcome. What’s shocking is what he stated at the time was that the senate didn’t have the luxury to spend the time necessary to go any further with the issue. They spent 6 years to come up with their decision $
With the technology today, we can actually see and hear the old black and white video of his caring decision on this subject thanks to people who have digitized this old film and placed it on the Internet for the world to see and hear. The decision made by this Select Committee on the health of the nation was a dream come true for the factory processed garbage food industry, the medical industry, the pharmaceutical industry and countless supporting industries.
Albert Einstein once stated - When you keep doing the same thing expecting a different result, that’s insanity.
We now have millions
of people that are told they're at risk of a heart attack because of high cholesterol or high blood pressure, countless
medical problems from obesity, diabetes and numerous other medical problems all of course requiring drug treatment.$ Cholesterol
drugs alone has reached over 30 billion dollars in sales at last check and growing. We now have a multi-billion dollar
cancer treatment industry that was practically non-existent when people were eating real food as opposed to low fat cheap processed
garbage and smoking like trains. We are now told that one in two men, and one in three women will have cancer in their life time. But where are all the smokers?
Since the early 80's, when we were told what to eat as a “healthy diet” we have an epidemic of illnesses, many of which were once rare or rarely heard of. For those who don’t think so, ask yourself why now almost two thirds of the population in their 60’s and older are taking cholesterol and blood pressure control drugs to allegedly prevent a heart attack or stroke. We now have one of the highest rates of coronary heart disease (CHD) in the developed world as shown in the charts above.
Most Americans today consume more low fat processed food and more fast food than most developed countries in the world. Our government agency (FDA) allows ingredients in thousands of food items that most other nations do not allow. And again, Americans use more prescription drugs, spend more money on health care (sick care) and have a shorter life expectancy from birth, and a shorter number of healthy productive years lived. Americans generally have a much higher rate of obesity, and have a higher population of diabetics. Diabetes today is an epidemic worth billions in drug treatment.$ At last check, at least the 8th leading cause of death and growing rapidly.
We now have an epidemic of Alzheimer's disease, now the 2nd leading cause of death, and a growing number of Parkinson's disease, both another multi-billion dollar treatment industry. $
We the people were told to do the following:
1 - We were told to eat less dietary fat
2 – Eat more fruits and vegetables.
3 – Eat more
grains/cereals.
4 - Eat more starches.
5 – Eat less real dairy products, eat low fat only.
6 – Use less salt.
7 – Use less sugar.
8
- Use polyunsaturated margarines and cooking oils.
9 – Cut down on egg consumption etc. etc.
We listened to the government and it’s
armies of big money non-profits.
Beginning in the early eighties most of the population began doing what they were told.
1 – Average
fat intake fell 11% by 1991.
2 – Average calorie intake fell from 1,854 cal to 1,785 cal. by 1991.
3 – Percent of population consuminglow fat low calorie products rose from 19% to 76%. by 1991.
By 1991, the average weight of the people increased as much as 31%. In
2015, the obesity rate for males was 35.5% and for females 37.0%. AND, it's increasing annually to date.
LINK - We now have a multi-billion dollar Cholesterol control drug industry ( A gateway drug)
In 1982, the US government decided to write it in stone what that “healthy diet” should be to combat increasing health and medical
problems. In 1991 they actually came up with a pyramid picture of food everyone should eat to be healthy.
Since the early 1980’s
to date, most Americans began rapidly gaining more weight? This was the beginning of an epidemic of over-weight, obesity and diabetes
leading to a myriad of medical problems. We’ve had study increases in coronary heart disease, strokes, diabetes, cancers etc. $
Almost one in three people in their 60’s or older today have cancer of one kind or another, and this number is increasing. In the early 20th century, the cancer rate was as low as 1 in 27 by some estimates when people were smoking like trains and eating real food.
Now, as many as two thirds of the population in their 60’s and older age groups are taking a prescription drug of one kind or another with unbelievable known side effects and many not yet fully understood side effects apparently because they are told they are at risk of having a heart attack or stroke. Drugs are poison by definition $
YES - Listen to your corporate big money controlled government. $
We increased our intake of poultry from 35.2 to 66.5 lb. (Can't eat
that red meat?)
We increased our intake of low fat dairy products from 8.1 to 14.5 lb. (Nutritionless white colored water?)
Weincreased our use of polyunsaturated cooking oils from 53.4 to 74.5 lb. (Got to have those TransFats?)
We increased our intake of corn
sweeteners from 56.8 to 85.3 lb. (Obesity anyone?)
We increased our intake of grain, corn and rice products from 157.4 to 199.9 lb.
(Better than meat?)
We increased our intake of fruits and vegetables from 587.5 to 707.7 lb. (Real sugar-thats the ticket?)
Funny thing
happened in the U.S. since the early 1980's. Many have gained a lot of weight. Again, we have a growing number of diabetes, cancers,
heart disease and many other health problems that were once comparatively rare. In the US we have one of the highest death rates from
heart disease in the developed world. We are the most obese of the major developed countries of the world.
We have made BigPharma,
BigMedical and the BigFood factory processing industry a major controlling factor in our lives through tests, scans, surgical procedures,
therapies, drugs and the processed and GMO food we eat like never before in history.
Real food is going to kill you?
I wished
I had a dollar for every time I heard someone say – if you eat that, it’s a heart attack waiting to happen. So many people today
have been so incredibly conditioned “brainwashed” over the past few decades into believing that real old fashion natural
food is going to kill them, it’s unbelievable.
As one medical doctor said – That for a modern disease to be related to an old
fashion food is one of the most ludicrous things I ever heard in my life.
Dr. T. L. Cleaver
In the early 1980’s the American people were told to watch out for their cholesterol levels by following the “heart healthy” guide
lines developed from the Select Committee’s findings from 1977 to prevent heart disease, and various other health problems.
Obviously
in my opinion, following the advice from our government and the world of tax exempt non-profit organizations, this plan for
our health was flat out wrong. Medical problems continued to increase to date. Since the early 1980’s to date, we should see clearly
that the new diet plan has obviously made things worse.
Are we blind, brainwashed, or do we simply have a memory problem?
