Most people today have been meticulously guided the past few decades into believing the only thing that really matters
is what the nutrician list on a packaged, canned or bottled food product says. Few people ever really look at the actual ingredients
list.
As long as it says low fat, low cholesterol, low salt etc., and it's fortified with synthetic useless vitamins, that seems to
be all that really matters. But that's just plain crazy.
As one doctor recently said, if there is a word you don't recognize,
don't put it in your mouth.
Most bagged, boxed, canned or bottled garbage on the grocery store shelves today, simply could not
possibly be good for ones health.
Why are they all approved for consumption by our government? Call the FDA and ask them. I'd like
to know.
Our very expensive FDA allows products on the market today that would likely shorten the life of a wild hog or cause
it cancer or a heart attack.
Millions of people are eating this garbage daily throughout the country. Countless ingredients in
Americas food supply today are not allowed in other countries. Most other developed countries throughout the world live longer and
have less premature deaths from the common illnesses Americans suffer from. PERIOD
Our FDA allows food to be sold
under the "Generally Regarded As Safe" (GRAS) rules. They do not inspect food products going to market. If they did, and allowed some
of the obvious poisons on the market today, shouldn't they be held liable? Think about it.
Only illness, deaths and complaints
can have a product taken off the market, often after a very long time. Perhaps it takes a certain number of deaths and or legal actions
before a product is removed?
Learning to read the ingredients list could very well be beneficial to ones health. Common sense
With
the information available to everyone today, anyone should be able to make an informed decision on what should be safe to consume.
