A couple video's on cholesterol that might be of interest for those that have been convinced that cholesterol is bad and that
you need a dangerous drug to correct the problem
Cholesterol control
There exists many books written through the years by Doctors typically after they've had a very long career
and have retired on the truth about Cholesterol and Statin Drugs. I believe few would dare to speak out publicly while still
practicing medicine anymore than they would speak out about the truth on tobacco use.$ Well worth reading for those that have
been trapped into the Cholesterol belief. $ More people die with low cholesterol than high according to most honest statistics,
of course rarely seen by the general public.$
Blood pressure control
A sure fire cure for high blood pressure
Pretend you're living only a few decades ago when the medical
industry said the proper blood pressure was a systolic pressure (top number) of 100 plus your age. Then it was 100 plus half your
age.
Then they came up with a new blood pressure measurement that was supposed to be better to protect us from whatever. They
came up with a fixed number incorporating both systolic and diastolic. First it was 160/100 was OK. Then it was 140/90 not to
worry. Then it was 130/80 was great. Now it's the magic (drum roll please) 120/80 and will probably remain this until BigPharma and
BigMedical needs to pick up a few billion dollars more per year, of course with a new and improved drug that will better prevent you
from having a heart attack or stroke. Oops Just read a medical article where it looks like BigPharma and BigMedical are pushing
towards a new number to save us. (115/75) And now there's a new medical problem called Pre-hypertention this of course will likely
need a drug and of course more visits to the doctors office to keep an eye on it. $$
To think that acceptable blood pressures
have been lowered through the years because of new medical knowledge could be a big mistake. The numbers have been lowered through
the years perhaps to create millions of new patients that need medications and literally billions of dollars for the medical
and pharmaceutical industry. $
A former NASA astronaut and family doctor, says the 100+ age guideline for "normal" blood pressure
was around for decades. He also wonders if modern views on what is normal blood pressure arise from drug company involvement. In the
1970s, the target limit for initiating drug treatment was 160/95. Then it was 140/90 (and more recently even 115/75), with
a large number of organizations listed as in agreement. $
Most similarly developed countries throughout the world have far less deaths from heart attacks than US citizens. Most developed
countries throughout the world use less blood pressure control drugs and cholesterol control drugs than US citizens. In fact,
most countries use less prescription drugs PERIOD
Americans are by far the biggest consumers of prescription drugs
on the planet. And, we are the least healthy by far. See chart below
There are a number of books that might be well worth reading
on blood pressure and cholesterol for those that have been convinced by the Big Pharma controlled medical industry they need dangerous
drugs.
Drugs are poison by definition. The number of people annually that die from legal prescription drug
use could make lung cancer deaths look like a walk in the park.
Every prescription drug has potentially nasty side-effects, which
kill and or make thousands of people sicker every year, of course needing more pills and treatment. Millions today that have an itch,
feel sad or depressed, sneeze or miss a night's sleep, run to the doctor and generally begin popping pills.
Are people brainwashed
or just plain crazy?
We are the most conditioned, programmed beings the world has ever known.
Not only are our thoughts and attitudes continually being
shaped and molded, our very awareness of the whole design often seems to have been erased. Few question anything anymore. If your
doctor says take this, you run to the pharmacy and question nothing. Then you become ill with something else, and you usually do,
you run back to the doctor and repeat.
