A few facts to consider:
The above G7 countries in chart 1, have approximately a 62% decrease in obesity than the US.
In the USA, we spend far more on on health care (sick care) on average than all the above countries averaged.
In the USA, we consume more processed food, all approved by our government, with additives in foods that are banned in many of these countries.
We in the USA use far more prescription drugs than all these countries.
We have more of our drinking water that contains flouride.

This list could go on for dozens of pages on foods and drugs that we consume in the USA , that are banned in other countries.  The video below lists a number of food products that are allowed in the USA, but banned in other countries.

Interesting article from the food channel:
Why are so many Americans so obviously sick?
Just take a trip to the local mall and you'll know what I'm talking about. And they're the people healthy enough to get to the mall.
What's going on?
Well, one contributing factor may be the corporate controlled FDA. $$
They allow things in food products sold in the US that would get you put in jail in other countries.
One food additive banned in Singapore but legal in the US is  azodicarbonamide.
Putting this in food will get you 15 years in prison and a nearly $500,000 fine in Singapore, but in the US   It's A-OK.
Singapore is only one of literally countless of examples

Note:
By the way, Singapore has a life expectancy of 3.8 years longer than American citizens. That's a lot of years.
The percentage of male smokers in Singapore is about 28 % higher than males in America.
They have about 16% less deaths from coronary heart disease (CHD), just over 33% less deaths from lung cancer, and, they hardly know what alzheimers disease is at 0.19 deaths per 100,000 people as apposed to Americans at 45.58 deaths per 100,000. That's about 240 times higher. It's been shown for years, that people who smoke have less Alzheimers.
As Americans have given up tobacco, Alzheimers disease has skyrocketed.

Again - ANY QUESTIONS?

A short interesting but scary video - about 5 minutes
Foods OK in the USA - But banned in other countries
END PAGE
Over 95% of the food products in a typical store today is processed
Note the G20 countries in chart 3 have reduced their use of tobacco by about 21% less than the EU countries in chart 2.
They have 1.4 years less in life expectancy from birth, about 17.5% increase in coronary heart disease deaths (CHD), a 91% increase in deaths from Alzheimers disease (AD), and a 21% increase in lung cancer deaths.

All G7, EU and G20 countries have an average of approximately a 34% increase in smokers over the USA. On average, the Alzheimers (AD) death rate in the USA is approximately 77% higher. Premature deaths in the USA from Alzheimers disease (now the second leading cause of death) is now about 30% higher than lung cancer deaths. Alzheimers disease is now another multi billion dollar treatment and care industry. $$
