Cancer
16 cancer causes of premature death
per 100,000 population
G7 countries
My golden rule - In most instances, with regards to health, I always believe the opposite of what I hear or read from studies and or any information that comes from politicians, government agencies, non-profit organizations, the medical industry and the pharmaceutical industry until varified as best I can.  Actual facts can often change everything.

The three top causes of death in America today is #1 coronary heart disease (CHA) , #2 alzheimers disease (AD) and #3 lung cancer.
Cancer is one of the biggest causes of premature death in America today. I put together a chart showing the sixteen cancers that are generally tracked by all countries in the world by way of the World health organization (WHO) 2014 updates, the World bank, and the United Nations for population.  For decades now, we have been told that smoking tobacco is the major cause of lung cancer and premature death along with saturated fat & cholesterol as a cause of heart disease etc.  America has been a leader in the world in removing tobacco use from societies. Most countries in the world seem to eventually follow the lead of  America to some extent when it comes to health.

In America we have reduced our use of tobacco tremendously in the past few decades. I am showing the percentage of male smokers for comparison to other countries.

The chart below shows the sixteen cancers tracked for premature deaths per 100,000 population of the G7 countries all similar in developement  to the USA.

The first leading cause of death, coronary heart disease (CHD) I have listed along with the second cause of death alzheimers disease (AD).
I am also showing diabetes because it is now at least the eighth leading cause of death and growing every year. Through studies on tobacco use, I have long since discovered a clear relationship to over-weight and obesity with the decline in tobacco use. Shortly following the last big war on tobacco, the war on saturated fat / cholesterol began because of an apparent increase in coronary heart disease. Today, the diet of millions seems to be low fat. If we actually look, it should be clear what has happened.

I am also showing the percentage of obesity in America today. With diabetes, there exists a direct relationship to over-weight and particularly obesity.

I am also showing the life expectancy from birth for comparison, and the number of healthy years a person lives before becoming ill. Today in America, this most often  means the beginning of a life of prescription drugs and continued illness until death.

Americans pop more pills than any country in the world. We also spend more money per capita on HealthCare (SickCare) than any country in the world.

Study this chart carefully. You will quickly see that America is the sickest major developed country on the planet.
In my opinion, we the people have been brainwashed now for decades. We smoke the least, eat the most processed low fat garbage for food, and we are now paying the price.
IMPORTANT -  Do not think for a moment that the six G7 countries listed compared to the USA in this chart are a fluke or just lucky. All developed EU and G20 countries have similar numbers - (Better health)

ONE MIGHT ASK -  IS SOMEONE TRYING TO KILL US?

OR ARE WE SIMPLY BRAINWASHED

Review:
What do the six G7 countries from Canada to Japan have in common compared to the USA? They all eat a more traditional diet, and consume  less processed food. They all use less pharmaceuticals than American citizens. Most do not allow flouride in their drinking water.  They all, with the exception of Canada have a higher percentage of tobacco users.

Americans smoke the least, have the highest rate of deaths from lung cancer,  highest coronary heart disease (CHD) deaths, highest death rate from alzheimers (AD), highest death rate from Diabetes,  the highest percentage of Obesity, the shortest life expectancy from birth and the shortest number of healthy years lived.

In contrast, Japan uses tobacco more than all other countries, about 73% more than US citizens, has less deaths on average of all cancers, and a very low percentage of deaths from CHD, Alzheimers and diabetes. They also have by far the least obesity, live a whopping  4.4 years longer than Americans, and have a 3.5 years longer healthy life.
