THE 2 BIGGEST LIES EVER TOLD
Eat low fat & stop smoking
What has it given us?

Let's let facts get in the way: A simple straight forward quick list of facts

Since most of the  American people have long since given up that deadly tobacco habit, and many if not most have begun eating that "healthier"  low fat diet, what has it given us? Most Americans today have been totally brainwashed over decades into thinking we are some of the healthiest people on the planet. NOTHING could be further from the truth. In fact, we are overall the sickest developed people on the planet.

America is the most advanced "major" developed country on the planet.
#1 -   Americans use considerably less tobacco products than most similar developed countries.
#2 -   We spend more money per capita on health care (sick care) than any country in the world.
#3 -   We use more prescription drugs than any country in the world.
#4 -   We have the shortest life expectancy from birth than all major developed countries.
#5 -   We have the shortest number of healthy productive years lived before typically beginning to use drugs until death.
#6 -   We have a higher death rate from heart disease than the vast majority of similar developed countries.
#7 -   We have a higher death rate from lung cancer than most similar developed countries.
#8 -   We now have the highest death rate from Alzheimer's disease than most similar developed countries.
#9 -   We have one of the highest death rates from diabetes in the developed world.
#10 - We have a considerably higher rate of overweight and obesity in the developed world.
This list could go on and on. Let's take a quick look at six of the healthiest countries in the world ending in 2014.
Facts are hard to beat as apposed to non-stop lies and assumptions. I've thrown in the liberal socialist nanny state of California because it was of course an early  leader in the anti-tobacco business. Californians  should be so happy?

This chart shows six of presently the healthiest countries in the world. Don't think for a minute that these countries are hand picked. All developed G7, G20 and EU countries have similar numbers. They are ALL generally healthier than Americans. Hard to believe? The American people could  be some of the most brainwashed people on the planet.

No need to be a rocket scientist to look at this chart and evaluate what has happened since the American people have given up tobacco and saturated fat. Notice Japan,  the country that smokes the most and has always been a heavy user of tobacco. Notice they have by far the longest life expectancy, healthier years lived, and far less deaths from these  four top killers. Japan eats a far more traditional diet, and far less processed low fat garbage than do the American people.
Notice that France is the second biggest user of tobacco and also eats a more traditional fatty diet as we all know.
Notice that Iceland uses the least tobacco, and has higher premature deaths in all categories. Just a fluke? Give me a break

Notice that Californians smoke by far the least, even less than the USA national average, has higher heart disease deaths (CHD), very high Alzheimer's disease (AD) deaths, very high Lung cancer deaths, and a very high death rate from Lung disease.
Cutting down on that nasty smoking habits the trick?

There's a lot of money being  made by the food industry selling cheap low fat processed nutrition less  garbage for food. There's a lot of money being  made by the Medical and Pharmaceutical industry in people being sick, overweight, obese, diabetic and a very long list of ailments that were once relatively unheard of. $  Billions
There exists a direct relationship between tobacco cessation and obesity. This is not even arguable. Millions  have traded tobacco the past few decades for more and more food, most often cheap processed sugar and chemical latent junk that keeps them coming back for more.
Look around - Empirical evidence is hard to beat. Over half the people today in older age, sixties and older, are taking drugs for one thing or another. Drugs are poison by definition. They don't cure  anything. They manage symptoms until you die. Most are always sick or have been convinced they're at risk of dyeing from something. Skin problems, cholesterol, hypertension, can't sleep, allergies, congestion, asthma, joint pain and the list goes on and on. To believe that a natural burning tobacco leaf is worse than heart disease, diabetes along with possible lose of sight and limbs, cancers of all types, and the list goes on and on is ridiculous.
Big Medical and Big Pharma love it. The media loves it to the tune of billions in advertisements selling garbage for food, drugs for countless ailments, and of course medical procedures, therapies, screenings, scans etc. It's all about money. It has always been about, and controlled by money. $ Nothing else - You can't beat what you see with your own eye's.

Observe what has happened in the past few decades with few people smoking, and most people eating and drinking nutrition less low fat whatever.

We gave up smoking years ago, and we only eat low fat food.
Make sure you don't start smoking again Mr. Jones. You've only gained 10 pound since your last visit.
The food, medical and pharmaceutical industry is now a major controlling factor in the lives of millions of Americans.$
Over half the people today in their sixties and older age group are always sick and on drugs most often until death.$

This is a way to live out your final years?

YES - Of course, we all know that smoking tobacco is bad for us - Right?  And most people today seem to believe that eating a lot of meat (saturated fat & cholesterol) is also detrimental to their health.

Practically everyone today has long since given up that nasty smoking habit. After all, our government way back in the 1960's told the people that smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease and today just about any illness or disease one could think of. About a decade after our surgeon general's report on tobacco came out, another government announcement was made to the American people by way of the (select committee on nutrition and human needs) on the dangers of saturated fat & cholesterol, what mankind has been eating since the beginning of time. Somehow, through the past thousands of years, humans managed to continue to increase in life expectancy to date. As early as the late 1800's, the North American Indians were consuming a lot of wild game, and somehow at the time, managed to be the tallest people on the planet. They also enjoyed a long life span for this point in history. I find it interesting how a culture could grow tall and live long if saturated fat "meat" was  bad for their health. They were also very big early users of real tobacco.

I've always found it interesting, how so many people today are selective in what they choose to believe. BBQ sales are at an all time high in America. It's doubtful many people are BBQing carets and zucchinis.  But tobacco? Never touch that stuff. It will kill you, shorten your life and perhaps the lives of everyone around you? Facts are, most of the worlds oldest people were tobacco users. Also, it's interesting that in the early 20th century, the same people who pushed hard against the use of alcohol, first tried to eliminate tobacco but failed. However, they succeeded in eliminating  alcohol use. This lasted from 1919 to 1932 at extreme cost to millions of Americans in countless ways. The same reasons for trying to eliminate tobacco at the time were the same reasons used successfully to eliminate alcohol. Most people today that run from the perceived dangers of tobacco selectively seem not to have a problem with continuing the use of alcohol. They can only hope that another push to stop people from drinking alcohol will not  again occur with of course using the modern method used as was used with tobacco to get people to stop smoking by taxing it so few people could afford it. Can one imagine paying  $10.00 for a bottle of beer?

When Americans choose to believe something, even facts and empirical evidence will seldom change their minds. They simply become totally blinded through decades of persuasive non-stop propaganda promoted by those on the money side of the issue of what constitutes a healthy life style. Use our smoking cessation drug and join the smart non-smokers of the world. If your cheating, and BBQing a hunk of meat, you can make up for this deadly choice the next time you're at the grocery store, and fill your shopping cart with low cholesterol, low fat, and of course low salt chemical latent processed nutrition less garbage all government approved for consumption. Just don't read the actual ingredients list, only the government approved nutritional facts?
